Thank you for shopping with Kalalu. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–8 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary slightly during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $5.00 for all domestic orders.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $100 or more (before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or inquire about the status of their package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
